The creditors meeting is scheduled and chaired by your insolvency practitioner who will normally be acting as both the Nominee and then Supervisor of the IVA.

While the consumer is technically supposed to attend, the reality is that they are not asked to do so since the creditors meetings are generally held on paper today and creditors vote on the acceptance of the IVA proposal through their authorised representatives.
