A Supervisor of an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

The role of the Supervisor is to administer the requirements of the IVA as per the agreement. A Supervisor will have normally acted as the Nominee for the debtor before being accepted as the Supervisor of the arrangement.
